Sales Manager

Position Overview:

GTranslate is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for a sales leader who is enthusiastic about selling an industry-leading technology solution to companies looking to increase their traffic and sales.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Understand the industry and competitive landscape; gain insight into prospects' business processes and develop value-added business solutions including ROI analysis
  • Develop a business plan/territory plan for the assigned market and/or geography
  • Work with Marketing to generate leads and participate in marketing activities such as webinars, trade shows and media outreach
  • Prospect, cold call and develop other strategies for account education and penetration
  • Manage contract negotiations, pilot programs and renewals
  • Manage and grow existing accounts; work with key account contacts to gather metrics, generate customer case studies and ensure client success
  • Develop and manage relationships with strategic technology partners, resellers and referral organizations


  • Proven track record of selling software/technology solutions into large enterprise organizations and/or mid-market. SaaS solutions, e-Commerce technology and/or customer service/call center solutions experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success working with VP and C-level contacts
  • Polished communications and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and disciplined
  • Ability to thrive in a team oriented work environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and

Education & Experience:

  • BA or BS degree required, MBA preferred
  • Knowledge of languages
