Sales Manager
Position Overview:
GTranslate is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for a sales leader who is enthusiastic about selling an industry-leading technology solution to companies looking to increase their traffic and sales.
Position Responsibilities:
- Understand the industry and competitive landscape; gain insight into prospects' business processes and develop value-added business solutions including ROI analysis
- Develop a business plan/territory plan for the assigned market and/or geography
- Work with Marketing to generate leads and participate in marketing activities such as webinars, trade shows and media outreach
- Prospect, cold call and develop other strategies for account education and penetration
- Manage contract negotiations, pilot programs and renewals
- Manage and grow existing accounts; work with key account contacts to gather metrics, generate customer case studies and ensure client success
- Develop and manage relationships with strategic technology partners, resellers and referral organizations
Requirements:
- Proven track record of selling software/technology solutions into large enterprise organizations and/or mid-market. SaaS solutions, e-Commerce technology and/or customer service/call center solutions experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success working with VP and C-level contacts
- Polished communications and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and disciplined
- Ability to thrive in a team oriented work environment
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and Salesforce.com
Education & Experience:
- BA or BS degree required, MBA preferred
- Knowledge of languages
