Forum Archive - Upgrading Joomla and GTranslate

Hi, I am trying to convert a Joomla 1.5 site with Gtranslate Pro installed into Joomla 3.1. What are the procedures for GTranslate Pro? Just installing the free module and then turn on GTranslate Pro option doesn't seem to work. Is there a Joomla 3.0 Gtranslate plugin? Do I need to get new license files or just use the old ones? Hi, Thanks for the reply - I installed that but for some reason, when I turn on PRO, the page redirects to a version with both the source text and the translated text? See for example: http://www.lindencraft.com/gtranslate/t ... lang=zh-TW The translated menu also directs you to google rather than other translation links. There are 'notranslate tags' all over the translated page but as you can see I have no notranslate tags in the original page. Regards, GalantnostS

Hi, I can see this is the general version. Please try to install the joomla system plugin version. If you want to use general version please check the gtranslate cache folder and delete limit.txt file and try again.

Hi, But I already have the plugin installed and enabled. From The PRO plugin's instructions: "To see it in action you can: Manually navigate to http://yoursite.com/es/ for Spanish version" and http://www.lindencraft.com/es/ shows the same issue. Regards, GalantnostS
