Two Language translator stuck in one language on pone system

Hello
We have on system where both chrome and internet explorer are defaulting to http://adasailing.com/es instead of the default language of english
This one system is set to spanish language windows etc.
On other systems it works normally
Is there something I can do?

It seems that you have customized the language selector. Please add class="nturl" to language selector <a> links.
