Hi, You should create CNAME records for each language to point to our server. The URLs for translated version of your website should be http://vi.samratbazaar.com.sg http://zh-cn.samratbazaar.com.sg http://th.samratbazaar.com.sg Also you should remove www redirection for all users or at least for requests from our network. If you can send your hosting cpanel username and password we can configure it for you. Please use the contact form on our homepage.

Hi, You should enable "Operate with Enterprise" option instead of "Operate with Pro" .

oh god, thanks a lot, done and activated the enterprise edition. but says ENTERPRISE LICENSE EXPIRED. i purchased the PRO version only also sent the backend log in details. apologise wasted your time earlier by sending a wrong user name
