Installtion on a subfolder
May 24, 2012 4:58 pm by appledaily
I have just installed GTranslate Pro on our website. I just took over the site and I believe the person who purchased the liscense for our general domain alpha.ca. I would like to apply the module to a subfolder http://alpha.ca/web2/ I just tried to install a test copy on http://alpha.ca/web3/ and it doesn't seem to work. First of all, when I choose another language, the link is going to http://www.alpha.ca/en/web3/ instead of http://www.alpha.ca/web3/en/ Secondly, I even if I go to the page http://www.alpha.ca/web3/en/, I see a 404 error. Please advise and I want to get this working asap! Thanks!

Hi, I've checked your website . You have installed it correctly (in the root directory ) and it works properly. If you install it in the /web3 folder you will have the URLs like this http://www.alpha.ca/web3/xx/ but in this case you should customize the language selector.
